Reclaim your MENtality

Something is holding you back from becoming the man that you hoped you would be. 

What does that look like? 

For me, it was a constant fear of failure and always thinking of worst case scenarios.

Obsessively worrying about things that were mostly out of my control.

Many times showing up as guilt, where I would struggle to say NO to myself, and other people around me. 

This led me to burnout, depression, and sometimes even a lack of will to keep on living. 

In those dark moments, I soon realized that if I was going to keep on living, I needed to completely ditch the path I was on, and instead reclaim the one I was destined for. 

New cities. New career paths. New Friends. New ways of life. New me. 

And today, after a decade of reclaiming my "new" path, I now find myself extremely passionate about helping other men do the same.

HOW YOU MIGHT BE FEELING...

MY OVERALL PERFORMANCE IS LACKLUSTER 

I find myself “half-assing” a lot of areas of my life.

I can’t seem to perform at the level I used to.

I DON'T KNOW MY MISSION IN LIFE

  • I want to quit my current job, but have no idea what else I “should” be doing.

  • I don’t know what I am truly passionate about.

  • I don’t have many hobbies or ways to “play.” 

I’m overweight.
My energy is low.
My nutrition is poor.
I don’t exercise enough. 
I am sick a lot. 

MY HEALTH HAS DECREASED

  • I struggle to relate to my friends and family.

  • My dating life is exhausting.

  • I lack deep relationships with other people.

AWARENESS

You are aware of how you are feeling, otherwise you wouldn’t have landed on this page. Yet what do you do with those feelings?!? 

 

That is where I come in. 

ACTION

Consistent action, it compounds. Say that again. 

Our main focus will be building a system of consistent action within your life, so that you always have the momentum working in your favor. 

Without human action, our reality as we know it, it wouldn’t exist. 

Maybe you have tried to take action on improving your health and performance, or maybe you have felt completely stuck, regardless, the most important part of our process together depends on your willingness to take the necessary ACTIONS to improve your own life. 

ACCOUNTABILITY

Awareness and Action are two ingredients that many people possess. 

Where even the best seem to suffer at times…

Accountability. 

Yet, if you ask any world champion…

They have a team of qualified coaches and consultants who have held them accountable in a variety of areas within their life. 

And I am that accountability for YOU.
